"eSSS" (easy Software Solution for Schools) by "Animon Software Soloutions" is operating in our school very effectively and successfully. The system covers various areas i.e. students complete data, daily fee collection, daily attendance of students, issue of out-passes to the students leaving school during working hours due to various reasons. Complete details of transport system etc showing the route wise details and complete data of vehicles and their owners. The system has helped us to maintain exhaustive data of all the students so as to facilitate effective monitoring in different areas.

A few salient features of the system are given below:

(i) The system is very simple and user friendly to operate and does not require any specific training. Ample scope is there for expansion/modification of the system as per future requirement.

(ii) On a simple press of button various reports can be generated based on the exhaustive data available depending upon the requirement from time to time.

(iii) All the information relating to a particular student or group of students under different categories i.e. fee defaulters, habitual absentees in the school, movement of students outside school is available all the time. This helps us to keep effective control and monitoring of various activities of the students and as such gives an opportunity to take timely corrective measures, wherever required.

(iv) The system has ensured availability of clean, accurate, quick and reliable records.Since various parallel reports are generated and kept with back-up regarding fee collection including for cancellation of Requisitions/Receipts there remains hardly any scope for manipulation of records.

(v) The introduction of computerized out pass system under this package for the students leaving school during working hours for obvious reasons has helped us to maintain proper record of such cases on daily basis i.e. the name/relation of Escort to the student, time of leaving school, purpose etc. As per this package a photo of the Escort is also kept in our record. This system has definitely helped us to ensure proper safety and security of the students in the school.
