Is the Software Single user or Multi-user?
eSSS is available in both Single & Multi User environments respectively.

What kind of security features are built in eSSS?
• In eSSS an Administrator can create groups and assign various rights to these groups.
• The password of the users are stored in the database using 128 bit encryption.

Do you provide support through Remote Access?
Yes we do provide online support through remote access. It is therefore recommended that your server be connected to an ISDN line through ISDN modem.

Digital Certificates are valid for a period of one year, thereafter it has to be renewed.

What is fastSMS?
fastSMS is a desktop software solution for sending individual and bulk SMS messages.

What is the cost of per SMS?
Cost of SMS is around Rs. 2.25 per SMS, however for some networks it may vary.

Can I send personalized SMS?
Yes you can send personalized SMS with your name as a sender.

What is the time duration it takes for sending the SMS?
Usually there is a lag of one to two minutes only, However if the networks ar clogged it might take a little longer.

What is eDemat?
eDemat is a web based reporting solution for depository participants to enable their clients to access reports through web.

What are the advantages of eDemat?
To a depository participant eDemat gives a lot of leverage in business. It reduces the no of queries from clients. Clients have a direct access to the website and can view and download relevant reports at their convenience.

What are the software and hardware requirements?
You need sufficient web space with SQL server 7.0 or above. Normally 100MB is enough for catering 2000 clients.

Is there a separate administration section in eDemat?
Yes eDemat has a separate administration section for controlling access, viewing feedback form clients, resetting passwords and mass mailing features for various types of reports.
